I cancelled my contract with Ballys' as I moved away from their locations. I sent a copy of my lease and bank statements. 2 years later a collection agency has contacted me for payment of $1,457.23. They stated I broke my contract and never paid. I have gone round after round with these people. I sent them all the proof of my move they asked for, now they still want money. My crdit is shot now thanks to them. My credit report has two listings, one from Ballys', and one from Eagle collection services. I don't know what to do. Anyone have any advice?
