Ballys Total Fittness I was forced to sign a countract with BTF. Because the Manager for the Personal trainer Department said need to have a Personal trainer before i start exercising. But it turned out that the trainer was more concerner about himself, talking bulls*** must of the time. I felt i was in the military at times because i was in so much pain and would cry. The trainer always had excuses for not showing up and then he quit. At that time i was out of a trainer. Hence decided to cancelle my contract. In 2014 I received a letter from legal resources that I owe BTF X amount of money or would have to go through the court. I made arrangement every month for x amount of money to come out of my account. Until now i received another letter from a debet collector. I told the debt collector but Im paying every month. She siad to she want to see receipt from the legal resource company. I told her i never got any receipt. But since Novemeber 2014 to present im paying BTF money is being withdrawn electronically from my account. I have my bank statement as proof.
