I ordered a pilot's watch , the advertisement came with free shipping I was charged with shipping I protested a "GURU" their term for customer service KIM contacted me saying free shipping was only available on Christmas, the next day I received another email offering free shipping on any orders I emailed Kim he thanked me and said he would report it no offer to credit the shipping .

The watch took 3 weeks too arrive when it did the band was impossible to use without having 3 hands it is inflexible the wholes are too small for the inserting prong, again email identifying the problem "GURU" response clearly trying to tie me to their return policy by asking if the watch was damaged I read the policy and did not bite stating that the watch was unusable therefore damaged, smelling a scam I contacted Amex my card and disputed the charge, have not yet had any response from this vendor beware
