Baltimore County Child Protective Services Screwed by the System Baltimore Maryland

I was investigated for child neglect, after having these people come into my house demand all these changes which included buying new carpet for my house, visiting a therapist for depression, allowing more visits, taking my child to all her specialist (those drs that her father never took her too when he had custody) Funny thing about this is that I have two other children but they were only worried about my daughter. I was told if I did everything they wanted me to do the case would be dropped and nothing would change. Well low and behold Court Date came the worker that I was working with for some reason was transferred so her manager took over the case and what a b***h...ok short story they dropped their case at the hearing but then turned around and became part of a custody battle and said on their terms they were dropping their case but they felt my daughters father should have full legal custody.

The judge granted their wish dropped the case and gave my ex boyfriend full custody of my daughter. Now I need to fight for my rights again due to his neglect of her but yet you get them involved with him for real neglect they arent doing anything about it. After the hearing the worker was walking with his family and chatting with them like she was really good friends...I wonder and believe this was all a bribery and now I dont have custody of my daughter. If I was such a bad parent you would think they would take away all three of my children but all they were worried about was my daughter.

They should focus on these children that are really getting abused, neglected and parents who dont give one crap about their children or how they treat them.

I am glad I dont live in Maryland anymore, but I would like to see something done to help families that have been through what I have been. And if there was a way for me to sue this agency for my suffering I have been through and find a good lawyer again to get custody of my daughter back. Her father and his family dont even follow a court order!!!
