I ordered a stroller from this site and they never sent my tracking number like they were supposed to. It said on there shipping policy that they would ship in 5-7 business days. It has now been 19 days since I placed my order and I have been contacting them for about two weeks now since I did not receive a tracking number to make sure that it has been shipped. I have contacted them through email and tried to contact them through the phone number listed. They have never answered the phone. I have called about 2 times a day for 2 weeks now. (Different times of the day) They never seem to be in the office. This is the email response I got from them...

Not everyone has the knowledge - nor - do you want everyone in your family in your business. We have had difficult times over the last month and are working to get caught up We do apologize for the delay in communication and shipment of the stroller. I asked when my item will be shipped if it is not already. That was their reply. They have never told me if the item has been shipped or any kind of information at all. I have left two messages on the phone number listed and they have not returned calls. They do have an 'active' ebay account and are active sellers on ebay and have items listed at this very moment, so I know they check their email often. So I went through my ebay account and sent them a message asking where my item is, and when was it shipped. And they will not reply back. They have only replied to me two times since I bought the item and I have sent/left several messages. The replies they gave me were very vague and had no information, they did not satisfy any of my questions I had. Ground shipping states that it usually takes 7-10 business days and they ship 5-7 days after you place your order. It has been 19 days now since I ordered this item and they can't even tell me if they have shipped it yet.
