I ordered a kids kitchen playset off the Bambino1st.com website. They promised free shipping within 21 days. They charged my credit card immediately, and sent a confirmation, but have not sent the order. It has been over one month. They have sent me an auto response to my email saying they take up to 72 hours to respond to emails. They never followed up. Their phone is always busy. Definitely do not buy from this company and spread the word.
