I find myself stuck with Bamboo insurance after claim denial.
Beware “Bamboo Insurance” will prove itself to be a stereotypical “Made in China” Quality, ”Delay, Deny, Defend” bogus. They disappear, policy falls apart as soon as you file a claim, they lack fair intentions. Once you file a claim expect a Status letter noting ‘there’s no coverage for this claim’ and get stuck with this carrier with no option to protect your interest. Your claim data will be forwarded to claims database and you will face hard time finding coverage.
Let’s take a look at the Sponsored material from Bamboo, copy attached incase weblink stops working
Customer reviews are buried under the paid false reviews as company is preparing to rob other states.
In the PR article openly admits “This is key to Bamboo’s success: Many insurers get in trouble when rates are inadequate, and losses paid are greater than premiums earned.“ For a consumer/Policy owner this means unreasonable loss denials because agency never intended paying consumers. Their focus is on ensuring losses paid are lesser than the premium earned.
PR Article further claims “We want to continue growing profitably and doing the right thing for the company.” Further affirmation that consumers/policy holders are just puppets signed up for the fraudulent denials because carrier is focused on “doing the right thing for the company profitability”.
PR Content claims “The company also has found success partnering with other insurance providers, leveraging innovative technology and an easy-to-use platform Chu developed.” This platform is designed with a goal of 1. “losses paid should be lesser than the premium earned” & 2. ”doing the needful for the company profitability” 3. “Insurance needed disruption” which means that claim status isn’t based on facts/circumstances/evidence/lawful/good faith practice.
75K+ consumers are at the mercy of legitimacy of the algorithm developed by the founder and partnering with other insurance provider is a defrauding conspiracy. Consumers reviews are documenting struggles, dissatisfaction, false marketing and lack of fair loss settlements- this should call for a thorough investigation into the legitimacy of the algorithm/platform/partnership etc. practices.
This company was founded in 2018, garnered 75M+ by 2023, consumer lawsuits are starting to pile up, it’s on the path to disappearance/investigation. Do yourself a favor and look for better Insurance carrier. Agency needs to be investigated.

Your sock puppet accounts are hilarious. Especially since your lack of literacy and racism make your posts stand out from a mile away. And you STILL haven't actually said anything about the substance of your dispute, which tells me it's frivolous or fraudulent.

CA Address Missing on their website

I'm a victim like you. Bamboo is a junk insurance company as you described … I don't understand why the department of insurance of state of California allows.
All the audacity made me look into who is the founder, how is this allowed. Fu Manchu thinks he has a business idea, oh wait 'apple doesn't fall far from tree' so Fu Manchu starts a fraud.
I wish their employees would quit/ report on them. Hope Consumers get justice and hope Fu machu is fored to settle with all.
Here's an address they don't want to list.
3000 EL CAMINO REAL BLDG 4. PALO ALTO, CA 94306-2100
Won't be a surprise if they can no longer be found at this address.

If your claim is valid, why are you so afraid to even mention what it is? And yes, fraudulent insurance claims are extremely common and are almost never prosecuted except in the most egregious of cases. In fact, most of the claims mentioned in the reviews are obviously invalid. For example, insurance is not going to pay for damage caused by tenants, roof leaks, lack of maintenance, etc.
And I have no idea why you would have trouble serving a large company. They have a registered agent. Look them up and serve them there. You can also file a complaint with your state regulators. I doubt it will go anywhere, because 95% of the time the insurance company is right and you are wrong.
And I don't think you will ever find an insurance company who will pay an iffy claim without putting up a fight. Insurance is an extremely competitive business, and companies have to compete almost exclusively on price. They aren't going to be competitive unless they deny claims at every opportunity.
Finally, WTF does China have to do with it? It's an American company with American management. Your racism is a little out of control there, and only demonstrates your rather low intelligence.

Don't assume, Avoid Bamboo Insurance if you don't have resources to go to court.

Thanks for your comment. I appreciate your help getting attention to the topic. Please make this popular!
You're right, "it's a business, and they intend to make money" and hence no payout unless policyholder brings a court order. My point is there were no reviews when I fell for their false marketing. When a financial injury occurs best thing to happen is having a decent insurance not some Chinese crap (Bamboo insurance)- who pays only if a court judegement is produced (hassel on top of a hassle!)
I like your assumption that my post is about a fraud claim! You sure don't sound American, let me elaborate, see in America..... Fraudulent Insurnace claim is a felony; Now do you see me complain about a felony case that Bamboo Insurance brought up on me??? Do you? (Are you Chiense/Bamboo Insurance affiliated!)
I also like your assumption that my post is about frivolous claim! Do you want to serve my court papers to Bamboo insurnce? You can see yourself how they avoid court process server like a Chiense crap? So unprofessional when they avoid/run from court orders/process servers.
Apparently they're not even an actual insurance agency so why would they false market??

Yeah, it's a business, and they intend to make money. What's your point? You have an insurance contract. If they violate that contract, you can sue them. Every insurance company has bad reviews, people file frivolous or fraudulent claims and then get upset when they inevitably get denied. You curiously have not described what your dispute is. I'm guessing you are in the same category, trying to get coverage for something your insurance contract does not cover.
