They will string you along for months and you may end up losing your home. They deny claim that’s lawfully due, pushing you closer to losing your home. They just outsource, do not pay claims, tailor a fake excuse to deny, they will rather spend all their money on lawyers than paying rightfully. Their whole agenda seems like getting homeowners to foreclose/bankruptcy and leaving angry/anxious at American govt for allotting them business license. They’re taking advantage of all companies leaving California.
Bamboo Insurance will belittle you into thinking you have nominal rights to assets/it’s protection. This agency will make you angry at American systems that has no way to stop them.
RUN from this insurance. People work for their whole lives only to be forced to sell. Californians are seriously stuck with this company don't fall for their low prices or marketing that they were success in California. They just figured a way to scam you.
You won’t find their address 3000 EL CAMINO REAL BLDG 4. PALO ALTO, CA 94306-2100 on their website. They have Insurance license but only use it to pose/market as insurance provider, you will receive a policy by agency that’s not signed up with DOI. Reviews suppression is also unpermitted but guess what, they’re at it. If you think they saved you when your insurance dropped you, think again, look in the reviews, all positive reviews are about finding a coverage when insurance dropped and all negative reviews are about receiving nominal to no claim coverage.

I'm totally the CEO. Just taking time out of my busy day to reply to some racist moron on the Internet. That's what all CEOs do, they really have nothing better to do with their time, so they spend hours a day reading complaints on the Internet. Do you realize how dumb you sound? Just for reference, if I was actually the CEO I would probably be spending my free time driving my Ferrari, doing coke, and banging high class hookers. And I really wouldn't care about customer reviews because nobody reads them. You probably picked this company because it was 5 dollars a year cheaper than the next quote.

Hi Flint, we already established that you're the founder John Chu posting with fake names. Nothing else justifies your involvement, interest, hovering over in Bamboo Insurance's negative reviews where ever.
Absolutely love seeing you lose your calm/sleep over reviews. You don't even have a policy with Bamboo Insurance, and won’t even get/recommend it that says a lot.
Talk about frivolous, Yes, everything including children and citizens are frivolous in China and hence child labor and organ harvesting exists in that world.
You want to tell Policyholders their claims are frivolous, how about you tell Policy buyers their belongings are frivolous and not worth insurance? That shows your so called business idea is ugly, unethical, nonsense, scam- XL Catlin terminated agreement with Bamboo Insurance.
Name "Bamboo" already hints Asia, so Xenophobia angle is out of scope. You had your chance and you decide to prove that it’s possible to take a Chinese out of China but nobody can succeed taking the China out of Chinese! You probably need Chinese style justice.

Everything you're saying works to my advantage! Your agenda is ugly, unethical, nonsense, scam etc. XL Catlin terminated agreement with Bamboo Insurance, didn't they? China abuses citizens, children, helpless and you are trying to recreate that world in America.

Just sick of reading your spam with dozens of sock puppet accounts posting racist and ignorant garbage. Don't worry, your English is bad enough that anyone can tell. I sure hope you weren't born in this country, because otherwise you are an embarrassment to every American.

Hi Flint,
Are you okay? Do I know you? How does this post hurt you? What's your interest in endorsing them?
You seem to have a lot to tell, more than their own paid/professional staff. Have you considered to get own your post, billboard, TV/Radio Ads.
You can also go above/beyond by dialing up nearest public adjuster/attorney/insurance salesman and start arguing with them. They let their s**t hit the fan and now nobody is endorsing them. Have fun trolling and pollluting american standards.

This is about the 10th complaint you have posted about them. All are devoid of information about the specific ripoff. That's usually a strong indicator that the complaint is frivolous.
You also seem to be confused about the difference between an insurance company and an insurance agent.
