We went to this company to service their brother MFC-9440CN Color laser Printer. Dennis Carr is the owner of this business, don't make the mistake we did by him telling you  that your invoice has to be sent to New York for payment.  First, he had copy quality issues, so after we repaired his unit due to a defective color cartridge he bought from someone else.  We submitted our invoice to him, He claimed he had to send it to a corporate office for payment. (DON'T FALL FOR THIS LIKE WE DID !! IT'S A LIE !!!). He will also try to get you to Discount your fee. Again Don't do it he really isn't going to pay you at all.  We now had to place his invoice in collections. So if your reading this and you provide a service such as Copier or Laser Printer Repairs, Or if you provide any service what so ever. Stay away from this company and remember the Name "Dennis Carr" and/or Bancport Commercial Capital,LLC.  or whatever business name he will use to trick you into providing him with what ever service he needs at the moment. TRUST US !! He will rip you off and refuse to pay you. Dennis Carr currently owes us: $ 210.57 plus interest since his billis over 2 months old plus the collection fees,etc. NOW !!If he can't pay off this small bill,what makes you think he will pay your company, or you yourself ?!
