bandwidth.com a/k/a Spectrum cannot get through to people on this supposed TWC phone I pay for which is really bandwidth i found out today. Kings Mountain North Carolina

I have an account for telephone and internet which is through Time Warner Cable, but cannot reach anyone I call 90% of the time with an automatic voicemail messaging system.  Numerous calls to Time Warner/Spectrum has produced 3 work orders which all mysteriously have cancelled but not by me.  They had sprayed the sidewalk which was ordered by LKN Underground at my house which I bought.  The strangest part of this is that the person who sold me the house has the phone appearing on a map in his home's backyard across town.  I see that bandwidth is used by business and government agencies.  Why would I continue to pay TWC for a phone that does not work and has tired me out numerous times for a repair which they keep on pretending has been cancelled when in fact I have not cancelled it.  This is a betrayal beyond words.  I have not reason to keep this phone after these findings today.  It also has cost me more money to enroll in an investigative site to find my phone number is registered elsewhere than my established pick of company as well as located at a home across town.  I have confirmed my worst imaginings today. This phone is not my own yet I pay for it without service.
