Banggood False listing Victoria BC - British Columbia

I visited Banggood to buy a Magnetic Go game.  There was a long list of go games.  The game that I received it is not magnetic.  I paid $30 for the game.  I went back to look at the list, and now the list with Go games it does not exist.  I believe that this is scam.

I have written 2 or 3 times asking for the List, but they do not respond.

They offered to give me $10 to buy something else in their website.  I dont want to do further business w this business and want my full refund of $30
