Banggood Don't order from Banggood. They are liars and it's a total rip-off. China Internet

My experience with Banggood is awful.  If they are a legit company, which I now do not think they are, they are nothing but liars and all they want to do it take you for your money.

I ordered a bathroom rug the beginning of March 2015 and was informed my order would arrive on March 27, 2015.  Well that day came and gone in a flash.   I tried contacting Banggood on their "Live Chat" but was never able to chat with anyone, ever.  So I started e-mailing the company.  That is a joke too. 

I have e-mailed this company more times than I can count about more order and every e-mail I get in return, they lie about when my order will be here.  I understand orders coming from China and other places that aren't in the United States are going to take a few extra days to arrive.  But when I am giving a date for arrival, I expect it to be here on that date or within a couple of days.  Not with Banggood.  All they are doing is lying and keep adding a week to my order arrival every time they feel like responding to my e-mails.  A 10-20 day delivery time has now turned into 45 days arrival time. 

If they are a "true" company and not a scam, they seriously need to shut down their business because they have no idea how to run an online company.  They are nothing but liars in my opinion and are just taking people for their money and not sending things that are ordered.

If there is a way to report them in a different way so serious action can be taken against them, I would love to know how to go about it so I can turn them in.

My advise.....Do not order from Banggood.com.  You will be lied to repeatedly, taken for your money and lied to repeatedly.
