Background Facts

I have been a Loyal Customer of Bangkok Bank in Thailand of nearly a year. All the Bangkok Banks throughout Thailand have always honored my Bank Card from USA to transfer funds to my Thailand account with no problem totalling over half million bhts and more.

Last Friday June 16, 2017 about 1:30pm I entered Bangkok Bank located Si Yaek Pak Ruam 11/81-2 moo3. Bowin Srirucha Thailand 20230., my second time being there. They outright refused to accept my card saying I have never been to there bank which was a total lie. As I stated earlier I have been to several Bangkok Banks and have never encountered this bad treatment. I had my passport and Bangkok Savings Book on the counter.

Americans are scarce in this area of Thailand and I feel it was truely discrimination.
