Bank of America Borrowers Protection Plan Fraud Nationwide

I lost my job September 28, 2015. I have had Bank of Americas Borrowers Protection Plan since the start of my mortgage 6.5 years ago, The Borrowers Protection Plan is an optional service which should protect you in the event of an involuntary separation. I have paid a total of $2,618 since the start of the program. They have tried everything since September to deny my benefits and now they are saying that because I was not employed by the same employer for 90 days I do not qualify. Even though I did not go one single day without a full time job, because they were not the same company I do not qualify. The original contract says my benefits are contingent on whether or not I have provided sufficient evidence that I am actively seeking employment. Information that is provided by my states unemployment which I sent to the Borrowers Protection Plan Department. They did not provide me any additional "specifications" until after I was employed, including there new addendums. Bank of America does not care, after numerous calls and pleads they refuse to assist me. Borrowers Protection is a SCAM I plan on contacting the Better Business Burrow.  Do your self a favor if your considering Bank of America don't if your considering the Borrowers Protection Plan don't!!! You are better of saving $34.00 a month on your own.
