Bank of America HSA accounts Failure to pay filed claims doesnt appear Internet

I filed some $324 of medical claims for reimbursement. In the past claims have been paid within a day. Once a week I have called and the problem is always 'fixed'.  The last time the account was fixed, the staff member said the former person had incorrectly handled the transition of my account from employer to me and that I wiould need to resubmit claims on Tuesday July 25.  I found out today there is still a hold on the account and there will be no information about the hold on the account until Friday July 28.  So for almost a month the claim has not been processed, the account has been mishandled twice by staff, there is a hold on the account and noone can say why there is a hold on the account. Terrible customer service.
