Got the pleasure of speaking with manager Darrell ID number 3401557 over a charge back related issue. In short my business received two separate charge backs for a customers repair as he paid in two separate transactions. The charge backs were disputed and all the required documentation was sent in within the required time. Bank of America Merchant services failed to see that all the documentation for "both" transaction disputes were attached in the same fax so they only resolved "one" of the charges for $1730. As I stated on "both" charge backs as they pertained to the same transaction that the services and parts "were" provided and showed full documentation of the motor purchased in replacement for this specific vehicle. Included signed merchant receipt slips and work orders etc. I called week later and without them saying "hey we only got part of this (which they received all of it as it was their screw up...) they just let time lapse and I only got reimbursed the $1730.00. I called and talked to management the first time and they were a pleasure to deal with. They realized it was their mistake and resent the other half to the other parties bank for the $1100.00 as they saw it was actually provided and I provided proof of receipt from the fax. I called weeks later to check on status and get the pleasure to deal with "Darell ID number 3401557" who was extremely unprofessional on the phone. Had to remind myself I was even speaking with management as he's giving me attitude on the phone when i'm asking him to resend the case and he continuously cuts me off telling me "it's closed, we're not re-opening anything. I'd like them to go back and listen to this employee and how he deals with customers. It's an absolute JOKE. Well Darrell...thankyou for not even being an ear to my situation or even trying to help with it. You must have had a very bad day to deal with me in that fashion. I'm a business owner...I don't have time to leave reviews of other places and if I do they have "ALWAYS" been if I enjoyed my experience. It doesn't make me feel good to sit here and write a negative review, but after dealing with Darrell in Merchant services....Here I am.
