LandSafe, Bank of America's wholly owned appraisal service, under-appraised a condominium unit that I intend to buy and incredibly would not consider the most recent documented sale of an identical unit that sold for $33,000 higher than the Landsafe appraisal. They pretend to allow a reconsideration using "recent sales from the subject immediate competitive neighborhood", "similarity of lot size/value; similarity in construction age / quality and living area size, but declared that the new information could not have been known by their original appraiser, so the original appraisal is valid. How convenient is that for the Bank of America?

*Anyone can 'Google' this- ROUBINI PREDICTS 20 PERCENT STOCK MARKET FALL, and read the related articles on the web.

I hope that he's right and my prediction is wrong.

I predict that the stock market falls by more than 70% within the next 18 months. I believe that there will be an event that takes place within the next 18 months that will send all stock markets in the world into a free-fall. No one would believe me if I told them how this will take place, so I won't post it at this Ripoff Report.

*However, I did post it in the Updates section at another Ripoff Report. I also made mention to the 'Super Volcano' under Yellowstone National Park erupting at this particular Ripoff Report too. Believe it or not, a few days AFTER I mentioned the eruption, the volcano in Iceland erupted and shut down airports all over Europe.

Isn't that ironic?

'Google' this- ROUBINI GLOBAL ECONOMICS- COMING SOON: 5 MILLION MORE FORECLOSURES, and read that article on the web, you might be able to understand why the banks are "under-appraising" properties.

The American people are NOT getting the truth from the Mainstream Media, in most cases. Home prices will continue to decline in the USA for several years to come, especially in places like- California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, & other areas. That's why banks are going to be very careful when doing appraisals.

It's interesting that properties were being appraised for much more that their 'real' value only a few years ago, correct?

Keep in mind that Bank of America now owns Countrywide & Merrill Lynch. Both companies were failing, and for some odd reason Bank of America decided (or was forced) to buy Countrywide & Merrill Lynch.

*Here's something that most people don't know: Merrill Lynch has/had a 49% stake in a company called BlackRock Inc.

I believe that BlackRock Inc. manages over $3 TRILLION for investors all over the world. BlackRock Inc. is also a company that the Federal Reserve used in 2008 when Bear Stearns was collapsing.

If you 'Google' this- BERNANKE BEAR AND THE $30 BILLION QUESTION, you can read the related articles on the web and see for yourself that BlackRock Inc. was named, along with JP Morgan Chase, in the Bear Stearns deal.

In short, the banks are going to be extremely careful when loaning money to people who want to buy a house, town-home, or condo, in the future.

The banks (the ones who run them) were the "root" cause of the "MELTDOWN" in the USA and around the world, but the Mainstream Media, & others, will do all they can to keep things as quiet as possible.

The banks (FED) control the Mainstream Media. Simply 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to that site and read all of the charts for proof. General Electric (NBC) and Twentieth Century Fox are named, right?
