Bank Of America ripoff Someone stole my identity then Bank of America put a 8,000,000 hold on my account Nationwide

Someone started using my creidt card to pay their bills in March of 2007. I called Bank of America so they can a hold or either close the account. They stated they could not since the account was in negative.
Though they stated they could not close the account, they continued to allow charges to go through. The charges reached close to $10,000. They still would not close the account. I even talked to the corporate office and they stated they will close it. To this day, my account is still negative $8,000,000. I've cut all ties with B of A.

i am so sorry to hear your report because i was having the same problem well money was being taken out of my account and i called the debit fraud line and they put a hold on my account and all my money was returned and they had me open up a new account to put my money into so see about calling and having a hold put on your account because with the hold it looks like money is coming out but its not after midnight it is put back in and then i transfer it in to my new account i have one more transaction to go back into my account at midnight tonight and then i call in the morning and transfer it to my new account and then i am closing the old account so give it a try and i do wish you the best of luck because i know how it feels
