BNY forced a single parent family into homelessness in the bitter cold and snowstorm of over 1 foot of snow. Despite paying rent on time and being excellent tenants for over 3 years BNY foreclosed and evicted, our family. The address was 134 Fawnwood Drive, Greentown PA 18426.

BNY ruthlessly threw a disabled single father and 3 small children out into the bitter cold and snow on March 17, 2004. The rent was always paid on time over 3 years since 2001 but Frank and Debbie Zarello defaulted on the mortgage.

BNY ignored the real estate agency's pleas to allow the children to at least finish school in the Wallenpack PA school district.

BNY ignored the pleas of the real estate agency to not heap traumatic physical and emotional hardship on the disabled father who would be homeless with 3 small children on that bitter cold snowy day.

BNY ignored the Pike County PA Sheriff's Office to postpone the eviction to another day because of the snow storm.

BNY physically threw our family into the bitter cold that day and would not let us finish the leviathan task of removing our precious things. Things such as our dead grandmother's personal belongings, our only memory of her.

BNY destroyed our close family, my two precious daughters ultimately ran away leaving my poor sad son alone in the world as they were his best and only friends.
