Bank One, Circut City Visa ripoff Kennesaw Georgia

On June 8th this year I decided at the last minute to take a trip to Florida. Never been, wanted to go. My Comp. at home wasn't on line so I had to reserve an hour at the Library to make plane reservations. I found Priceline and proceeded to check out ticket info from NV to FL. The ticket would be pricey, maybe $6-700. I wanted to leave within 2 days.

Before I knew it I had reserved a ticket leaving Utah to FL for the next day. Their internet suggestion was to buy another ticket. I didn't even know what airline I had reserved in on. I never got to a final approval page either. The web site wouldn't let me redo the order and my time was out. I had to leave there were people standing in line to use the Computers.

As soon as I got to my car I tryed to call Priceline with only automated answers. Then I pulled out my Circut City visa card called, and in less than 10 min. talked to an operator, who, to my relief, told me that the ticket hadn't even been approved yet. So I told her to cancel it, and decline the transaction when it came in. I figured that was that. But less that a week later, I found I had a returned check fee and that I had an additional balance of $801.

To my disgust to departing date was already past, and Bank One Card Services took absolutely no responsiblity for Okaying to cancelled transaction anyway. I applied for the nessecary paper work which two weeks. I though Bank One would refund me later, so I didn't get worried. Nope. 2 weeks later I finally got the form in the mail. they were very prompt in telling me by no means were they gonna credit my account.

Meanwhile the return ticket date had passed. Priceline laughed at me, and I finally got Delta'a name for the Airline. Both flight dates passed they laughed to. So I'm screwed. I have send letter after letter, e-mail after email, and probably talked to every one in Card services, Regina, Cloe, Cameale, Elizabeth, and several others. Priceline, and Delta offer absolutely no refund or compromise at all. This has been going on since June, 6 months. They keep thinking I'll drop it, obviously. Priceline has to get a credit approval, and Card services records everyone of their conversations! That's just the first one.

My husband doesn't know about this, and he buys a $500 gift card from Circut City website with our card. I try to return it, and they just flat out refuse to take it back. Then we lost the d**n thing. So I report it lost. 3 months ago. They still haven't credited the account, $500. They wanted us to "return to the store were we purchased the merchandise". The nearest CC store is 170 miles away. Um ya OK. So I'm doing double duty on the e-mails. Their next intellegent response is that I need to come up with a sales receipt. Ok it as a CC Gift card, bought on their websight, with a CC Visa, they have a full report down to the # of the card in a personal account I can pull up and they need proof I purchased it now. What the h___!

I'm so pissed right now I can't even talk to the representative now because I just start cussing. My emails come back "Problem solved." What are the talking about!!!! I'm just over $2200 in the hole because of this, including over limit fees and a return check Fee, and interest incurred during this time!
