BankAtlantic has made money ripping off hard working people by charging overdraft fee's. if you check you account online it' say one thing if you call them it's another. also the hold your purchase to when your account is about to receive a deposit then they release the overdraft charges. they also change the dates of purchases so that they may charge you these fees I am closing my account and reporting them to Federal Reserve, BBB, Federal Trade Commission, The Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the Florida Attorney General to name a few.

Good for you. There should be a Class action suit against this bank.

The only thing is that individually, our chances of success are minimal against this big company.

And, what exactly does your register say?

'if you check you account online it' say one thing if you call them it's another.'

What does the register that you faithfully keep and record every single transaction as tou should say? That's all that matters.
