Bankcard Liberty, Executive Bankcard Services, Brian Cleland Did not return money he owed to my company as he told me he would do. Torrance California

Executive Bankcard Services changed the bank which handled our credit card transactions without our authorization. A contract was faxed us after the fact.

We signed the contrace in order not to interrupt the flow of business. We then researced rates and companies changed to another merchant service company.

We were not aware the bank which Bankcard Services had contracted with charged an early termination fee of $250 to our account. I called Brian Cleland. He said the fee would be returned to us. He told me this several times over the following three months, then stopped returning my calls.

I am aware that this contract we signed prohibits us from legally collecting this fee. I feel the method by which Brian Cleland made this change, and did not make us aware of the early termination fee, along with his lying to us about returning the fee makes he and his business unethical, underhanded and evasive.
