I was talking to a young man who was very good at describing the program of BankCardEmpire. It providing not only lower interest discounts for credit card charges but additional cash for working capital. The crux of the conversation was that the more credit one would provide, (me) the greater would be thie income and residual income. He wanted to know how my credit score was and how much credit I had available. I reposted excellent credit and a good credit availability. Very cleverly, he had me agree to use that credit on what was to be a short investment into what he called a "Phone Blast" and an "Email Blast' that would solicit viable candidates for the program. That was the last I heard of that person.

   Subsequently I had to verify my credit commitment and ended up investing a total of $30,000. into the scheme. All subsequent inquiries were vague and unauthenticated and promised reports of the activities were limited to two reports from the phone blast which had no results and none from the email efforts.

   Now I cannot even get anyone to answer the phone and I am left holding a very empty bag.
