I hired Yvette banker an elder abuse attorney for my mother who has Alzheimer's . My sister took her house and gifted herself all my moms money. Then my sister put her in a home and tried to alienate me from seeing mom. I gave Yvette a 3000.00 retainer fee. I never met her until the day of court she talked to me on the phone a few times which it costed me but after court I get a big bill on top of the attorney fees my sister was supposed to pay she should of told the judge there were other fees so my sister could pay it. that was the agreement that my sister pays my attorney fees 60.00 for every email which I was never Made aware of

she has a lot of hidden fees  and she was not prepared for my case at all. She only brought up the 12,000.00 she missed the 30,000.00 gift because she hadn't even read the file until the day of court . The judge ordered 3000 to Yvette for lawyer fees and 4000 was to go to me for moms needs. The check was sent to her in my name she cashed the check and she kept 1100.00 of my moms money which she was going to keep 1800.00.  I had to fight my sister then Yvette. I trusted Yvette and she was very dishonest. Yvette abused my mom also she is no better then my greedy sister.
