 Lisa Basta Thompson is vice president Of Bankers insurance company surety divison  (bail bonds)

she's an incompetent attorney that works in the legal team at bankers insuance company, her  job is to represent  bail agents when there is a complaint filed against a bail agent  by the  indemnitor or  california department of insurance. Lisa did not helping me at all. Never wrote a defense letter defending  me , that i had the right to surrender the defendant without return of the premium under insurance code 2090. 

 Lisa Bast Thompson thinks she is above the law... does not follow california department of insurance codes correctly and properly.  

 She is not  follwing the califonia department of insuance  codes. I have lost a lot of money out of my Buff acount returning  the money back  due to her negligence.

if i would have listen to her advise of not surrendering any of my defendants  due to concealed personal information , Judicial action and misrepresented by defendant  or other reasonble cause ,, i would have paid over $235,000.00 in forfeitures,,, I would be living in tent city, in down town los angeles, Ca homeless.

To all you bail agent in california, be carefull with Bankers insurance company.. they will turn there back on you when you have a problem with  an indemnitor...or deparment jof insuracne... they get rid of you ,,,,you will be terminated...
