Lisa Basta and Sarah E. Newcomb are incompetent attorneys that work in the legal team at Bankers Insurnce Company Bail Bond Section.
they have rip me off many times.. I put a stop to that today .. They think they are above the Law and nobody would report them. Lisa braggs about how she makes all bail agent return the premiums .. so they cannot make any money; by not answering to department of insurance correctly. Lisa nor Sarah nor Brian Kesneck , understand the california department of insurace code correctly. she wants to take away my premium on a bond that i did last week, for bond surrender on a RUNNER TAKING OFF TO ANOTHER COUNTRY ... lisa , Brian nor sarah should be working at Bankers Insurance Company Bail Bonds Section. They deserve a justified complaint on thier law license they do not practice law correctly.

Brian Kesneck and Lisa Basta conpired with Jake Peters, a bail agent who was arrested for multiple felonies, to steal my property and extort my mother out of a quarter million dollars. They lied to the CDI and committed several counts of perjury at a depostion regarding this lawsuit. I just won 2 Motion for Summary Judgements against these gangsters. We go to Trial in 30 days and I need as much evidence as possible to show the jury that these people have been making millions from ripping CA consumers off with impunity.
