FIRST OFF - the owner essentially is not a 100%  functional owner who knows  how  to operate her business.  barbara , relied on other's at a very low pay scale and hires experienced people with full knowledge  of the integral components necessary to work with  the banker's applications modules which are  integated to the office software such as PPW which is  wide known in the PP industry.   she treated her employees as if we lived in the 60's using verbal, mental abusive tactics , used macro managing methods, video and audio recordings in the office during the owner's absentee. 

i was fired and hired twice due to her bi-polar behavior.  barb has little knowledge what vendors work  for her , even by name or company name. - as mentioned she relies solely on the office manager to hire and create a team for her.  according to the office personell barb  seldom comes to the office and that is why barb has set-up video and audio survellance in the office in order  for her to sit at home and monitor from there.  barb has been known to delete payments from the system appearing as she never received payment from her banking clients in order to use as a defense to delay paying her vendors. she has been known to take the bookkeeper's checks which were pre-dated and generated and have them sitting on her office desk for days , and consider to void them and have other checks generated for half the amounts to pay less to a vendor.  vendors have net 30 days to get paid from the invoice date.  

barb would use various delay tactics , mail checks with the intent not to sign the checks , just to delay, barb would have check generated and sit on her desk unmailed, she would like said have a batch of checks generated and have them sit for days,and then have bookkeeper void and generate lessor amounts.  she would not treat people as you want to be treated.  barb forgets without the vendors good faith with good work ethics barb would not be in business.  barb has been reported to her banking client, one in particular,  and dispite being reported she would attempt to carry out her same typical behavior. barb will say you cant believe what you read on rip-off report because it's fake news .  well, my rebuttal to barb, is that everyone doesnt believe her because after so many complaints about the same things becomes so transparent and exposes one's character flaws to discredit barbara's false claims.  i dont think people really go out of their way to display anger and use this kind of forum with false claims.  

TO  DATE:  2/24/18  - Barbara Hooker still owes me approx $11,100.00 , she recently disbursed me a check 2/14/18 which was due to me 2/9/18 which finally arrived through the mail UNSIGNED.  i had to involve my resources for barb to be forced to void check and go to my bank directly to deposit into my account a check to replace other check.  To date, she still owes me approx $6100.00.  she promised i would get half that amount this past Friday and she has not kept her promise.   i am still using my resources to FIGHT tooth and nail  for the balance.   Here's the funny part of what's goint to happen . I will inform Barbara to read this report and she will use the rebuttal function to LIE.  At which time i will send back another claim to show you her emails to back up my current situation.   Barb will not have a rebuttal after the emails are posted.   VENDORS BEWARE OF BARBARA HOOKER AND HER HUSBAND MICHAEL HOOKER IS THE SILENT ONE.  

i can say if you have any of these issues mentioned feel free to contact me especially pertaining to Altisource matters.  i have a contact directly with Altisource who has helped me each time i had altercations not only with this company but other companies.  My source feels the same about the industry and that is why she will defend the truth ...if it wasnt for good work ethics from vendors nobody would be in business.
