After intensive internet research I believe I have uncovered an Enormous BILLON DOLLAR scam on
poor working class Americans by the Banking Industry and EverPrivatecard.com aka SecretCashCard.com. Poor people apply for payday

loans on many websites(thinking they will get one from one of the banks) and in the application there is a hidden PRE-CHECKED box for yes for EverPrivateCard.com to draft fees from your bank account . When a person applies for a payday loan they have no money in their account often because they are broke.Then the unsuspecting victims account never gets a payday loan but here account is over-drafted by the bank. The bank charges them huge fees often in hundreds of dollars. If the victim has enough in their account to cover fees taken by EverPrivateCard they try to contact the company but cant(I tried) and cannot not get the original fee refunded and sometimes the company continues to take fees.We need legislation yesterday-I found hundreds of victims on the Better Business Bureau web site and many more on

complaint sites like this one!!!!!We need our politicians to get involved!!!!

enormous BILLION DOLLAR scam on poor working class Americans by the Banking Industry
===================
Becky...there's nothing new about this other than the skill and sophistication with which they are ripping off working poor Americans...This group represents enormous profit potential in all of the late and other creative fees that the finance industry can assess....These people are often unaware of their rights and don't have the ability to fight back.

The solution of getting our elected representatives involved is problematic when many representatives in Congress are bought and paid for by the credit card/finance industry. Our government is not longer "We the People," it's now "Pay to Play," and the big companies own our government.
