As I took my 350z 2004 in for an oil change and 100 point inspection, the the service rep did not shake my hand nor give be a business card. they had my car for about 20 minutes. the inspection report indicated no problems. But my windshield wiper blade was missing, head lights bulbs out, brakes pads down to rotors and coolant needed to be flushed and changed. Therefore the person took my car and hopefully changed the oil but lied and said he did the inspection. As this was made known to the service manager Jo florez, he did not show sincere concern. I will never do business with this place again and suggest that you either if you dont want to be cheated. the person who should have done the inspection name is Sergio Tavar.
