While this facility alleges several claims, NON PROFIT, EXCELLENCE IN ALL AREAS OF HEALTH CARE

they billed my father $198,000.00 services provided were by NURSING STUDENTS, NON LICENSED STAFF, NURSING ASSISTANTS, a far cry from QUOTE ' EXCELLENCE '

My father is an open heart surgery patient, tripple by-pass surgery, the student PRETENDING to be a licensed professional gave my father boiling hot water, instead of ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER, followed by moving my father from ICU prematurely to TELEMETRY UNIT and the nursing assistant named ' MIKE ' a male retard grabs my father at 6 a.m., and I told him get your hand off my father, I called Phoenix Arizona Police Department, and was told call SECURITY immediately.

The services at this location are provided by NON-PROFESSIONAL nursing students NON-LICENSED, and assistants that don't have a clue what time of day it is.

The billing practices and statements are FRAUD.  They BANNER GOOD SAMARITAN MEDICAL CENTER claims they have stellar staff, they don't, STUDENTS are used to provide services and they are billing as though services were provided by LICENSED PROFESSIONALS when they are not.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT USING THIS HOSPITAL FOR SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS,  If you require a kindergartner to provide service for your medical needs  this is the facility to use.
