Banners Broker Christopher Smith, Stellar Point, Rajiv Dixit Banners broker offer an income when you join and buy ad space on websites. Myself and 15 other persons joined between August and December 2012 we invested $15000 and to date(12/10/13) only two members have been paid a total of $2000, they owe us about $30,000 in commissions. Despite e mails letters support tickets, requests for refunds etc. they lie, fob us off and pretend there are problems with banks like STP etc, yet they continue to operate world wide, ripping off thousands of people. We have reported them to the police both here in the UK and other countries. The FBI IC3 and others including the Otario fraud police but still they operate. Rajiv Dixit of Stellar Point is the promoter of Banners Broker, the owner Christopher Smith keeps a low profile.

Between August and December 2012 Mysef and 12 friends and relatives joined Banners Broker.  This company encourage you to buy ad space on ficticious websites.   Between us we invested $15,000. Up to December two members received commissions of $2000, making us think it was ok. Since then no one has received anything. Despite e mails, numerous Support Tickets, many other means  but they just fob you off with lies. They owe us about $30,000 in commissions.

We have asked for refunds without result. They promise to pay but never do. We have sent reports to the UK Fraud police.    IC3 the FBI and the DTI and FCA in the UK. But astonishingly they still operate. They are being investigate by the OSC and the Ontario Police but still they continue to fleece thousands of people worldwide. They owe 15,000 people money in Ireland alone. In the UK 11,000 people have not been paid, that we know of.   Please help us stop them
