I contacted bansheeautotunein to inquire about an enkei rim for a Scion TC. I was told by the owner that he had four rims and wanted to sell them together. I informed him that I only needed to purchase one rim. He gave me a price of $175.00 plus $50.00 shipping & handling.

The owner wanted a cashiers check or PayPal as payment. I decided to use PayPal as the method of payment. On May 27th, PayPal sent me a notification that the money had been transferred into bansheeautotunein's account. When we had not received any shipping info from him by May 22nd, we sent an email requesting the shipping info. We continually attempted to make contact via the phone number we originally contacted him at but were only able to leave a message.

On June 1st, we received an email from him stating that his systems were down and that paypal was holding the money for 10 days. I contacted PayPal and was informed that he was being dishonest and that he had received the money on May 27th. I filed a claim with PayPal but never received a response from the seller.

I decided to look on the Better Business Bureaus website and found a negative remark on this company. The excuses he gave to that buyer were basically identical to what he told us. He never bothered to respond to the Better Business Bureau either.

This Seller is very dishonest. I would never recommend him to ANYONE!!!
