Banta Rodriguez Dr.Rodriguez english bulldog puppies Internet

I found two English bulldog puppies online from a lady that claimed to have them.  She then sent me to Dr. Rodriguez because all of her were claimed.  She said that is whom she had bought her puppies from. 
I sent him an email and told him I was interested in purchasing both puppies he had for sale.  He told me it would be $1000 to purchase both and that included shipping. He sent me an email with the website to where I needed to send the money.  I tried paying by debit card but they wouldn't accept my payment they said the machine was down.  That I needed to send it Western Union. 
I sent it Western Union and expecting my puppies to ship.  They then came up with that the Dr. didn't have the correct crates to ship them in and that we needed to purchase insurance for the flight.  I needed to pay $690 more for each puppy and I would be refunded $570 for each puppy on their arrival.
I paid for both puppies insurance and then was told I would have the flight schedule the next morning.  I got up to find an email saying they needed shots before shipping or they would be quarantined for 6 months and they wanted $1200.  I then told them I was NOT sending anymore money and that I needed a refund.  Now I can't get anyone to return my calls or respond to my emails. 
My sister in law was helping me research everything and found where another person had filed a complaint on here.  It's the same thing that happened and the same pictures of the same puppies I was emailed. 
I hope people are more careful that I was and that they research better than I did.  I am out of $2400 and still have no puppies.  Not to mention I have 3 devastated children because now I can't afford to buy another puppy. 
Maybe I will get the justice I deserve and these idiots get what they deserve!!!
