In July 2009, I contracted for Banyai Construction to re-paint my metal roof with roof paint. Roof paint is designed to last years and years. Six months later, my entire roof was peeling off. I contact the company many many times.
He had given me a discount price when he bid the job. I'm not sure what they used, but it was clearly NOT exterior metal roof paint. He stated that he would refund my money, but I have not heard from him. I filed a BBB compaint and he has not answered. My next step is to hire a small claims lawyer and take him to court.
His company is a fraud and does sub-quality work. First rule of business - DO WHAT YOU SAY.
Steer clear of Banyai Construction. he will take your money and do a crap job.
