All of the individuals listed above (there are more, but I am not sure of their full names and/or titles within the company BAOTech) are complete and utter SCAM artists.
I was a consultant for BAOTech (performing services at Voom in Jericho, NY) from September 2004 - April 2005. After nothing but constant headaches in trying to retrieve my pay from Ms. Milman et al, Voom was shut down and BAOTech was two months behind in paying my rate.
I am almost two full years into my dispute with this company and they now owe me a total of $11,500.00 (including approximately $600 in costs for my lawyer - NOT including two years of interest).
Not only do they owe me a decent sum of money, but I was sent a 1099 for 2005 (bear in mind that I worked with them for less than four months in 2005) from BAOTech claiming that I made $55,000. FALSE! To top it off, I spoke with the IRS and Ms. Milman et al never filed any such 1099 with them, but was brazen enough to send me that form.
She must not realize that the people she tries to screw over are actually smarter than her.
My next two steps (one of which I have already taken):
1) Notify the IRS of her fraudulent activity (already done).
2) Write a few letters informing Mr. & Ms. Milman and the Dolans (of CableVision) that if the matter is not resolved soon, I will be naming ALL parties involved in a lawsuit.
Good luck to all dealing with them... And I hope anyone thinking of dealing with them in the future reads this first and is warned.
