As a seller on Amazon.com I sell cosmetics and face with the daily routine of somebody claiming the item has not been received this particular address must be a freight forwarding company , Every time I see a name that is unpronounceable they usually order large quantities and very high-priced items only because I assume they figured out a loophole that the shipping companies are not their homebase address, and I don't know if the shipping companies are honest. I have tried calling and leaving a message and no one has responded, I would like to find out more information about where my order went and why supposedly is missing and less the party that made the purchase claims the item was not delivered because They know that they using the freight forwarding company and it only shows the tracking information to this address and not to the middle east somewhere, because Amazon will refund any one that claims that the item has not been received even though there's proof of signature .now the signature was made by the shipping company that receive the package I don't see any tracking from there on the shipping company should be kind enough to write to the seller and give them the tracking once left the United States. This is the 10th item that left the country this year but went to the middle east and that the buyer claims the item was never received. I can't even file the insurance . What a rip off!
