Barbara A. Gentile of Wildwood, NJ is a thief. She signed a lease in Sept. 2012 and accepted payment from my daughter and her friends for the rental of her house at 126 W. Poplar Ave. in Wildwood NJ for the Summer Season 2013.
Barbara called us on April 29, 2013 to tell us that we cannot get into the house this Summer because she has other tenants living in there.
Barbara also signed a lease and is receiving Section 8 payments from these other tenants. These tenants have a lease until Oct. 1 2013 (we have a lease from May 24 - Sept. 2, 2013).
It is bad enough that the girls do not have a house for the Summer, but Barbara A. Gentile is not returning the $16,000 that she was paid. She has told us that she spent the money on her mortgage.
Barbara A. Gentile of Wildwood (and West Wildwood, NJ) is a theif and a scammer.
Please don't get involed with this woman!!
