I hired LTTF.com service to build a website and i had the worst experience using services online ever, I am taking the time to share the wors't experience I had using a service online without a formal reference. As consumers we deserve to have our rights respected.
After I signed a contract and paid the initicial fees, Barbara was not as responsive as she was before getting paid, nowhere to be found, she doesn't respond phone calls. I warned her in case i could not comunnicate with I would like to get a refund so I could hire another professional then he started to answer my emails again. This website is horrible!!! It looks like an amateur made it and they said no changes can be made and they were keeping my $5,000.00.
The communication was never good and she could never come up with something according to my instructions. Then she did one of worst things a web designer could do to you. Take my money and ran!
Protect yourself from this type of dishonest professional online, nobody deserves to have this kind of experience.
Now I am out $5,000 DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST!
