This contains false information.  First of all, we NEVER bill for work that was not performed.  No one has ever confronted us about billings for work that was never performed.  If someone did, and we determined that there was an error on a bill we would have immediately issued a credit to the client. 

We never would say 'the statute of limitations has run' if someone contacted us about their bill, which makes no sense in the context of the report.  We never falsify bills, I have never been accused of falsifying any bills.  No one has ever complained to our office that their bill was falsified.  

The report is also written as though there were multiple embezzlements.  I have never actually embezzled anything from anyone.  Beware, do not believe everything that you read on the Internet.  Many people presume that if something is on the Internet, it must be true, which is not always the case.  Seek out the truth, don't just accept what you read as absolutely true.

The only part of the report that may be accurate is that I represented the person in a divorce and that their former family residence was to be sold.  I have never billed anyone for work that was never done. I never falsify records.  No one has confronted me about this situation and I have never had a conversation with anyone in which I informed the person that the "statute of limitations had expired."
