Barbara S Ford ,Barbara Ford, RJW Real Estate illegally trespassed onto property pretending to be owner and lying to tenants to gain entry into their apartments and harassing them. St Joseph Missouri

Barbara S Ford of St Joseph Missouri who claims she is a realtor for RJW real estate, tresspassed onto my multifamily property twice pretending to be the owner. She gained entry into the building and started knocking on the tenants door telling them she was the owner and demanding access to their apartments. She told one of my tenants they didn't have a right to be there & the property was condemnedand & was harrassing workers who happened to be there. Luckily she was confronted both times and she was chased off. She also had mail being sent to my address even though she isn't a tenant and no way related to the property. We got one collection notice for her from KCPL in the amount of $392. One of my tenants told me that she is known around the nieghborhood for going around and pretending to own properties so she can collect fake rents from the tenants. The police told me they think she might be trying to gain squatters rights by having mail sent there and perhaps moving into any vacant apartment.

Beware of this woman as she has some con game up her sleave. She is bold and even had the gall to lie to my employees face and say she owned the place and had utilities in her name and that she was going to call the police on my worker. I'm not 100% sure if she's a real realtor or not but next step is to report her to the real estate commission.
