Barbour Hendrick Honda of Greenville, NC What happens after the manager says they will fix a small scratch Greenville North Carolina

Barbour Hendrick Honda of Greenville, NC agreed to fix two small scartches on my brand new 2016 Honda HR-V at a body they use frequently.  When the vehicle was returned back to me, they were more scratches on it that were not there before.  I contacted the Gerenal Manager, Scott Byrley, who stated he did not know how the scratches got there, who did it and/or when it took place.  His claim to me was the himself and three others checked the original spot for repai, but did not see these other scracthes which was IMPOSSIBLE.  I have been in contact with this GM who doesn't take this as a serious matter.  Has not offered the best resolution and does not deem MY satisfaction as top priority.  I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.  It has turned into a very bad experience.
