    I ORDERED A MOTORCYCLE CHEST PROTECTOR HRP 1000 ON OCTOBER 14  2010. NEVER CAME.   EMAILED THEM FREQUENTLY  AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.                                                                                                                                  STARTED CALLING COMPANY. THEY RARELY ANSWER THE PHONE. FINALLY CATHY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ASSURED ME SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT.  NOTHING HAPPENS.  CALL AGAIN AND SHE TELLS ME SHE WILL REVERSE CREDIT CARD.    NOTHING.  CALL AGAIN. SAYS IT IS DONE.  NOTHING HAPPENS. SAYS PAY PAL, BUT VISA.    JUST ALL SONG AND DANCE SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY.  NEVER ANSWER EMAILS.                                                   CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!                                                                   ITS 3/14/2011,  NO REFUND.            DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw this report the other day when I was looking for their website to place an order.I spoke with a Christine.  She seemed nice enough.  I asked her if it was common to not get an order for a few months.  She said that sometimes things get backed up or have to come from the warehouse, but it should not take that long.

Just the same, I think I will wait and see how this turns out before I order.I took the time to create an account and log in to post this just so you know that people do see this.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

This report is on the first page.  So thats good.  

Ive got some suggestions for you that will guarantee ripoffrevenge and possibly bankrupt the company.  Only problem is, if I post them here publicly and others use these on other companies it would definitely lead to mass chaos and another recession.

Hopefully the owner will come around and give ya the refund and I wont have to elaborate further.

If it was me, or someone that worked for my company I would be ASHAMED ripping off young girls like this.

For right now, just keep posting and keep this thread alive.  The more keywords the better!

A credit card dispute must be opened within 60 days of receipt of the statement containing the charge.  If the purchase was in October 2010, then it is already too late for a dispute to be filed.

You said you paid by credit card so it's time to get them involved.  They have a department just for these losers.  Call them and tell them you want to set up a dispute.  You better hurry, theres a time limit on these things and thats why these scumbags are stalling.
