My mother passed away in April. She had an old friend legally removed from her property before she passed away and had a restraining order on him. He was leasing to own a shed with Old Hickory barns. Since I was inherideted the property I called them to remove the shed before I was to sell the house. I could not sell until this was removed. It was illegally there. I called and called. Left numerous emails, phone calls with no return. Finally at 10 pm at night weeks later some lady with a rude attitude called me. Stating I don’t own the property and talking to me as if I was some toothless crackhead joining her in a trailer court fight. It was litterly the most bizarre convo I have witnessed. A month prior I emailed an eviction notice of the barn,and a will notarized To barefoot rentals.... It states I was the owner of the property. When this lady called me back she was so rude, HORRIBLE customer service and was in NO WAY professional. She claimed she had talked to her "lawyer” which was bogus. She claimed my documents were fake and I was not the owner? Again was I on an episode of Jerry Springer? She hung up on me saying if even a scratch is on this barn I’ll have hell to pay. All I was asking was for this shed to be removed. It’s illegally on my property. I have been going thru a hard enough passing with my mom. She never said sorry for your moms passing. Nothing in respect to my mother who loved her home and had a restraining order on this prior friend of hers. All she did was be rude and unprofessional. Honestly I don’t think this is a legit company. I was talking to some random girl at 10 pm as if she was in her basement scamming. This company is not professional, not legit and SHADY!!! Do not buy sheds from this company. It’s not a legit real company and what I am experiencing is mind boggling.... There are many recommended shed companies and this is not it!! They are not a legit company I was proven this.
