This company makes it's living off of people trying to find a good deal on homes and autos. They give you a 7-day trial membership...first mistake. Do not sign up or give your credit information for anything that is on a trial basis.
After seven days, the company charges your card for an exorbitant amount per the services provided NADA and continue to do so unless you cancel, mistake number two. The caveat is that you can only cancel by phone and the average wait time is about 30 minutes per attempted phone call, most times longer. Also classic scam material.
They can see if you've accessed the service at all during the same period for which they've been charging you the "access fee", but will not refund any of your fees even if they can see you just used it once.
