I signed up for Bargain.com for home forclosure information. I was told that I had 30 days of free trail and could cancel at any time. I decided to keep it longer than the 30 days because I really hadn't check out the site as thoroughly as I liked and I could still cancell if I decided I did not need the info they provided.
After the 30 days, I noticed a bill on my CC for an additional 8.95 for a company called Quest Savers. After doing some investigating, I found that Bargain.com gave my info to Quest Savers. To this day, I still have not found a valid and responsible answer to the question how a company like Bargain.com could sell my name and CC info to another company and have the audacity to bill me monthly for services I did not request.
These two companies are common day criminals and should be put out of business. If you have accounts with them, cancell them immediately!
