To bargainnetwork homes

I signed up for the free 30 day trial with bargainnetworks and cancelled my subscription after less than 2 weeks. After a very very long winding telephone call verifying my details over and over again I am very very unhappy to say that they passed my credit card details to third parties - as part of the call i was told the only fee i would be paying would be $1.95 and $39.80 per month if i continued subscription, and by signing up for this free trial i would also receive offers through the post from other companies where i could sign up for $25 sears cards etc - HOWEVER I WAS NOT ADVISED THAT THESE THIRD PARTIES WOULD BE PASSED ON MY BANK DETAILS AND AUTOMATICALLY MADE A MEMBER. Even if this is the case when i cancelled the free subcription to your company all my details should have been cancelled.

Since then I have had 3 payments taken from my account from Home Source, American Leisure, Easysave and i don't even know who these people are - and as of yet I am unsure as to what else has been taken WITHOUT my authorisation. By verifying the last 4 digits of my card i allowed YOUR company to take $1.95, at NO POINT in the call was it stated that my bank details would be passed to other companies, and I certainly would NOT have given my details if i knew that this would be the case.

I am currently visiting the USA and live in Scotland so there would be no way for me to benefit from them in any way. Therefore if I had been advised this i would not have bothered to call your company as i have no interest in any offers.

I have worked in customer service for several years and I know that all representatives must give exact details of what is expected of the customer or included in offers, and i am very disappointed that your company chose to skip around the truth and instead repeat the same unnecessary details several times. I am very very unhappy about this and have subsequently contacted my bank to allow no further transactions, and as this is your misinformation i would appreciate that this matter be dealt with immediately and all moneys taken be refunded.

i understand that the money has been taken from different companies but frankly this is not my issue as your company is the one that passed on my details illegaly.

I would appreciate that i be refunded immediately so as not having to take any further action.
