When I called the barkbling telephone number given in the website, I was called back at this number 646-580-6853, and was told I needed to pay an additional 180.00$ for them to "clear customs to be shipped" when I made the order, the shipping was "free", and they immediately charged my credit card. I have never received the order, and they have never contacted me back except to ask for more money. Los Angeles California

I placed an order for 3 dog collars on a 120.00$ gift card that they charged me 119.91$ that included free shipping. They took the money from my card immediately upon my order. After 3 weeks, I called the companies web page phone number 760-298-4090. the magic jack answering service answered and I left my name, order number 201308211454054208, and asked them to call me and give me the status of my order. The only call back I received was from a different phone number 646-580-6853. They told me three times they needed an additional 180$ to cover customs, And they asked three times for another credit card number. This was supposed to be a company based out of California , I live in Arizona, there should be no reason to pay for customs. After they tried to get me to give them additional moneys on a different credit card, I realized that this had to be a scam. When I confronted them on the call back from the other number (646-580-5853) and told them I was going to report them and that this is obviously a scam, they hung up immediately. I contacted the FBI, and they told me that the whole company is a scam and is simply stealing from all those who are ordering from barkbling.com. Buyer beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM BARKBLING.COM. They will not only take your order money, they will try to scam you out of more money, and most likely max out your credit card and empty your checking account.
