Just in the time I've been here, several people have been hired because they have a relative who works here: I've met a guy who's stepmom works here (you know she helped him get on); a guy whose brother works here; a lady whose husband works here; and two guys whose dads work here.

In addition, I just found out the guy who got the job at Warehouse 1, Scott, is a friend of Herschel's. I am a far better candidate than Scott, and I'm not pleased with your obviously biased decision. I have Dynalift and forklift experience. I have six months experience in a gold mining operation. Scott has neither.

Bert Schmidt told me he would no longer participate in the interview process because it's a big sham - those doing the hiring already know who they want to hire, they're just going through the motions of interviewing people for appearance sake. It certainly appears that way.

I'm crying foul. I need a decent paying job so I can help my Mom who's in the first stages of Altzheimer's. And I can't get that job because you all have decided to reserve the best paying jobs for friends and relatives.

I'm contacting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Labor Commission, U.S. Civil Rights, Barrick headquarters, anybody I have to to complain about this situation.
