Order was placed on line on 12/10/13 and email confirmation was received on 12/12/13.  Information listed a confirmation number with instructions to contact the sender for more information.  I immediately replied and requested that tracking information be sent to me when shipped.  I did not get any response. 

On 12/20 I sent a second request, and went on line to check.  I phoned customer service - 6 rings then a disconnect, no answering machine.   I then discovered you could actually track on the website with the confirmation number.  No information about this had be supplied. 

At that time I discovered it had shipped.  The tracking number indicated it had shipped via USPS on 12/15/13.  By this time it had arrived and was being held at the destination post office undeliverable.  This is because, not knowing,  I had provided the UPS address instead of the PO Box.  Becuase of the time zone issues and the weekend, I was unable to rescue the package before it was returned to Barsony.  I again tried to phone Barsony hoping I could get the product re-shipped expedited freight.  Again no answer and the 6 ring disconnect.  I sent another email (third) late on 12/20/13.  Again no answer.  

I have as many issues with the USPS actually as with Barsony, but I am very concerned with the lack of communication from this "Made in the USA - family owned" company.  I see a previous entry with the same complaint.  I am now concerned about a refund if and when the package is received back.
