BARTOLINI FINANCE CORP - CNAC J D - Byrider Fraud Mesa, Arizona

I have researched Bartolini Finance/CNAC/JD Byrider since I was served with a lawsuit the other day (seven years after I returned a vehicle to them).  They state that they sold the vehicle for 1,000 but the Blue Book value of the vehicle at the time was about $6800; Attorney Generals in three different states have pressed charges against J D Byrider franchises and apparently Mr. Bartolini himself was sued by his own father (www.maricopa.gov under civil suits).  What they do is they "say" that they sell the vehicles cheap but they just turn around and re-sell them.  They are also violating the Federal Credit Act and I have consulted with attorneys who have represented people in lawsuits against them.  Do not buy a car from these people, I have read reports about them (different situations than mine) where they have done terrible things to people.  They are unprofessional and fraudulent.  Beware.
